White-label email service provider Contactology is looking to hire a Deliverability Manager to lead email delivery initiatives, monitor and resolve client email deliverability issues.

The duties include verifying new customers for list quality and compliance with deliverability policies, managing the abuse desk, and maintaining relationships with internet service providers (ISPs) and industry groups such as MAAWG. The perfect candidate will have technical expertise in bounce handling, SPF, Domain Keys, related deliverability technologies, a thorough understanding of email technologies including MTAs, SMTP, DNS, feedback loops, whitelisting, and of course, a courteous professional manner and outstanding attention to detail.
