If the mail is unsolicited, you need to label it as an advertisement. In other words, if the mail is spam, you need to label it as spam. Think it through -- when lacking permission, you need to label your mail in a way that makes it dead easy for ISPs to denote that you don&amp;#39;t have permission. The net here is that spam must be labeled and that you&amp;#39;re making it easier for ISPs to block it, which they will handily do.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/26753622/2673633576353781566/comments/default/6273877807972455723'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/26753622/2673633576353781566/comments/default/6273877807972455723'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.spamresource.com/2010/05/can-spam-myth-2-this-law-makes-it-ok-to.html?showComment=1317659275205#c6273877807972455723' title=''/><author><name>Al Iverson</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/14469266496142016451</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.spamresource.com/2010/05/can-spam-myth-2-this-law-makes-it-ok-to.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26753622.post-2673633576353781566' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/26753622/posts/default/2673633576353781566' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1721834941'/></entry></feed>
