Wirtualna Polska shutting down Premium Sender Service

In Poland, the biggest local mailbox providers are (if my memory serves me right -- it has been a few years) Wirtualna Polska, Onet, Interia and UPC Polska. Wirtualna Polska, which covers the domains wp.pl, o2.pl, tlen.pl, go2.pl, and 10g.pl, has long advertised a "Premium Sender" service where those sending significant volumes of bulk mail must register and pay to be able to get that mail fully delivered to subscribers at Wirtualna Polska-hosted domains.

Now, Wirtualna Polska is shutting down the Premium Sender service. Here's an excerpt of a notification they sent out to all registered in the program:

We would like to inform you that, due to the development of our products and technological changes, we have decided to discontinue the Premium Sender service. This means that the service in its current form will no longer be provided, and the existing Agreement will be terminated.

You may still send messages in accordance with the regulations and guidelines for bulk senders, which can be found at the links below:
In order to ensure the best possible experience for our users and to maintain the highest quality of service, we encourage you to contact us at postmaster@wp.pl if you notice any misclassification of correspondence by our systems (e.g., invoices being categorized as offers or reservation confirmations categorized as newsletters).

Looking to learn more about Polish mailbox providers? This post on the SAP/Emarsys forums has a bit of interesting insight. I do not have any information about whether or not Interia continues to offer their own premium sender service.
