Ting confirmed that the service was permanently discontinued with no ability to restore accounts or recover emails.
Since this email domain is now completely retired, email senders should make sure to remove and suppress any remaining @mydurango.net addresses from their subscriber lists. Because you never know when an old regional mailbox provider domain will get converted into a spamtrap feed.
