Microsoft JMRP (FBL) woes starting August 16th

Starting on August 16th, Microsoft seems to have stopped sending feedback loop reports. Microsoft's FBL is called the "JMRP" (Junk Mail Reporting Program) and multiple folks are indicating that the email feed of complaint reports that this entails seems to have dried up. Microsoft has been notified but I've not heard of any ETA for a fix at this time. I'll be sure to update this post if/when I receive more information.

August 17, 2023 Update: I'm hearing that this should now be fixed as of the afternoon of August 17th, US time. Reports should again be flowing.

August 18, 2023 Update: The fix apparently did not last long; complaints stopped flowing again sometime on August 17th and at time of writing, the issue appears to be ongoing.

  1. Any update on this? We are also not receiving feedback loop reports.

  2. Microsoft fixed things long ago. There have been intermittent outages here and there since then, I suspect, but as far as I can tell, Microsoft's JMRP feedback loop is sending complaints today to the parts of the ESP world that I'm able to monitor. In other words, I'm not seeing anything broken today.
