It's been a light week as far as me posting things on Spam Resource. The reason for that? I've been so busy with the release of Valimail's 2025 Disinformation and Malicious Email Report: Why DMARC Remains Pivotal. It contains data and analysis relating to a dozen different industry segments showing current DMARC adoption and challenges, and my hope is that maybe it can help folks make the case for why DMARC matters. I also highlight the disconnect between adoption and protection -- too many companies implement DMARC with a policy of "none," not really protecting their domains against spoofing.
Want to learn more? I talk about it in more detail in my most recent "Ask Al" video for Valimail, find it here or embedded below.
If you'd like a copy of the report, you can download it here. And stay tuned, because upcoming on May 22nd, I'll be presenting a webinar with insights from the report, talking about DMARC challenges and data across the different industries, and answering your questions along the way. You can register for that webinar here.
