It's not just you! Microsoft's Sender Network Data Services reputation portal seems to have stopped updating. The last date with IP address level reputation information is June 16th. Try selecting any date after that, and you'll get "No data for specified IPs on this date."
I imagine that Microsoft is aware and is working on it.
I'll update this post if/when more information becomes available.
June 23, 2021 Update: SNDS data has returned! I see data for June 22nd. I still see no data for 6/17 through 6/21. I suspect this data will not be "back populated" and likely will never be available. If I end up wrong about that, I'll update this post again.
