Spotlight gives you a 40,000-foot, account-wide view of all sending activity for all of your customers…even if you're routing email traffic through multiple providers (such as SendGrid and Mailgun).
Each of your customers will have a StreamScore, generated using more than 25 internal and external data points for rapid analysis into their email health. If your senders have multiple subaccounts or sending domains, you'll see a unique StreamScore for each of those so finding the bad apple in your shared pool's bunch is quick and easy.
You'll immediately know where you can make the biggest impact (or prevent the most damage) via sorting by urgency score, issue count, StreamScore, or sending volume.
No migration or dev required -- plugging in takes just a few minutes.
Now that we're powered by Snowflake, we've started rolling out new machine learning features (based on the StreamScore we've been working to improve for years) to help all of us translate deliverability speak into business language.
