You know that I blog about spam. And sometimes about SPAM. I'm a fan of one but not the other. Who wouldn't love something salty that tastes a bit like bacon, and fries up nice with eggs in a pinch? So I guess it's not much of a mystery to me; I know why SPAM remains popular. But where did it come from and what do others think about it? This Youtube video from Weird History Food explains it all.
