Microsoft's SNDS (Smart Network Data Services), the reputation portal that provides deliverability feedback for folks sending to Microsoft Outlook.com/Hotmail, appears to have been down for some period of time on Wednesday, October 18th. While down, the site showed only an "under maintenance" static page. I noticed it at 9:15 am US central time on Wednesday, October 18th.
Twenty-four hours later, and SNDS does seem to be back up.
